the existing GAU Slovenija group.

COPARTS, a GAUI member for years, and SELECT AG group create together GAU DEUTSCHLAND
In order to reinforce their market shares on the garage network and maintain their leadership COPARTS Autoteile GmbH and Select AG joined.
So was born GROUP AUTO UNION Deutschland GmbH, gathering both common interests and thus implementing their network policies under the PROFISERVICE WERKSTATT and SERVICE PARTNER brands.
"Main idea was to developp a range of services such as courtesy vehicle, mobility insurance. It aims at creating a cooperation of networks never seen before in Germany" explained M. Ulrich Wohlgemuth, COPARTS CEO. "Our goal is to develop business units and optimize sales activity".

Thanks to this new creation GROUP AUTO UNION Deutschland GmbH becomes one of the leading garage network in Germany and is very attractive within the automotive business. In a near future the company will be heading, in addition to the 800 PROFISERVICE garages, 500 others today gathered under the ASP brand.
On top of this will be added services provided by qualified garage outside of german borders, thanks to the application to GROUP AUTO UNION International, together with development of leadership position within this group.
